Tell us about the company.
First of all we would like to thank “The Enterprise World” for giving us the opportunity to express our vision and our story. We are a technology Integrated Entertainment company, which provides creative service to companies/corporate globally since 2014.
What were the initial challenges you faced?
We are a bootstrap company, so the initial period was much challenging than it’s now. To be honest we started from our home literally having our PC on Gas Stove. But like anything in this world, Survival is the optimum challenge that anyone or an entity has to constantly face to move ahead.
- Which was that point that triggered the growth of the company?
There is no single point that triggered the growth, I would probably say to trigger a bullet from a gun, there is a serious of Kinect action that bullet goes through. So in terms of our growth, there are a series of incidents/things we had to go through, some of them would be Persistence, Innovation, and Hunger of learning new things.
- What are the services the Limpidfrog entertainment focuses on? How are your services different from those in the market?
As a company, we provide a series of Creative services from Gamification, User Experience Design, VR and AR Designs. As far as our products are concerns we are currently working on our Cross-Platform Storytelling I.P. The product we are working on is one of a kind in the world as we taking the storytelling to the next level by connecting all the aspect of technology, consider a thread with multiple Knots, and each knot is a branch to take the story in a different technology medium.
- How do you decide to take the company a step further in terms of your services?
The services we rendered are high in value as our approach is more from a Human Psychology perspective than just a design project. In coming time we plan to dive deep into Bio-Mimicry & System Thinking to solve the world’s complex problems through Design.
- Is there any new addition to the list of services? Anything exciting you would like to share?
We are working on a Non-profit Org. Named HUMAN DECISION -Which would support and give Human a perspective to decide in a more Broad and Objective way than a subjective way.
The purpose of the Org. Would be to create an ecosystem where the human (From different sectors/fields) would share their subjective perspective on making a decision, and the attributes for which they made that respective decision. By doing so the other human who is the viewer/participant/consumer/part of this org. would get an objective perspective on the way others make a decision, and help them make a better decision, avoiding the mistake that people makes.
- According to you, how has the technology changed the field of animation?
Though the fundamentals would always remain the same, Technology has have made the animation industry accessible to the creative person who wants to tell a story, without waiting for any financial or team support. And platforms like Netflix, Apple+ and the new platforms like Quibi are primarily focussing on the story and the storytelling aspect, which is giving birth to many creative personalities who wouldn’t be able to tell a story previously.
- Can you please brief us about your professional experience?
I have been in the creative industry since the last 14+ years, having worked in various entertainment domains from Movies, Games, Corporate Branding and User Experience Design.
- What are the key achievements of your entrepreneurial journey?
The key achievements would be the creative workshop at IIT, Delhi. It was memorable as more than teaching, i was fortunate to learn a lot of things from the young minds, which i would never had at this phase of my life.
- How do you look after your employees? What makes your team so creative?
To start with we never use a Vocab – Employee, rather we always use the term “Associate” as they work with us rather than for us. We take care of them as our family, as we believe they are more important than our clients. From having a creative workshop at our office to partying together, we make sure they are happy and learning to get that creative juice flowing.
- Is there any special experience with your clients you would like to highlight?
Every client is unique and so as the experience working with us to share. One such special experience where we assigned to design user Experience for a client, the client never had any prior idea of what and how UX, can function in this tool. But when he saw the output eventually, he was astounded and quoted “I always knew UX is invisible but important, but now I can feel the importance of user experience in my tool” It’s amazing when our design can impact human feelings, which beyond the visual sensory.
- One person who you admire the most?
My mother. She has always been a true source of motivation for me.
- Whose business story do you find the most inspiring?
Ratan Tata. There are few men like him. One should learn his holistic and social approach towards business to get successful.
Design is not the solution to all the problems in the world, design can certainly be part of the solution to all the problems in the world.
- It’s a rat-race out there. How do you cope with that?
Being in creative business, we have to make quality decision than making quantitative decision, that to constantly. Like you said it’s a rat-race, T.M. (Transcendental meditation) has played a vital role practically in how I control my brain to focus and being creative simultaneously. If we have missed anything, do feel free to add your thoughts.
